Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

Entry

Participation in the Culture Camp is only by Registration and payment of appropriate registration fees. The Organisers of the Living Country Culture Camp reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who:

  • cannot produce proof of valid registration
  • produces registration that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source or through illegal means
  • produces registration that has been duplicated.
  • is in possession of and refuses to surrender any prohibited or illegal object*

Tickets

  • Tickets purchased through this website will be issued via an email as an "eRegistration". Your eRegistration will list the people you have registered and any camping gear requested.
  • You must print out your eRegistration and bring it to the Camp to enter the camp precinct.

The Organisers of the Living Country Culture Camp will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets where:

  • the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event
  • the eRegistration is stolen or lost
  • the eRegistration has been duplicated
  • the eRegistration holder has been refused entry or evicted from the premises in any of the circumstances outlined in the Terms and Conditions
  • the event does not meet his or her expectations.

Security

The Organisers of the Living Country Culture Camp reserve the right to evict any person who:

  • has not been registered for the event
  • does not comply with the Terms and Conditions as outlined in this document
  • is in possession of any illegal item. Bags may be searched prior to entry to the Camp Precinct
  • involved in any illegal activity, including underage drinking.The offender will be escorted off the site.
  • is behaving in a manner that reasonably interferes with other patron's enjoyment of the Culture Camp.
  • is causing damage or threatens the safety of other people on the Camp site.

Alcohol

  • Camp participants must not consume alcohol and or take non-prescription drugs or be under their influence whilst attending the camp.

Pets

No pets are allowed on the Camp site.
